Vacuum loses connection

Wyze vacuum keeps disconnecting from home wifi and stops charging. Signal is strong. This happens every-every other day. When she’s not connected her battery dies even though she’s still on her cradle.

Long shoot but it seems like you might have an issue with the charger/vacuum connection. Is your Dock on a level and flat surface where the vac can make and maintain a good connection?
Why it would randomly loose wifi I don’t know. Have you tried rebooting your router and/or deleting and reinstalling the vac?

Have cycled modem/router. No help.

Have NOT deleted/reinstalled Vac. Will try.

Cradle is sitting flat with ample space. When Vac loses wifi/power, she’s still on her cradle.

She also has trouble “settling” into her cradle at times. She’ll get in/come out maybe 18”, go back and try again two-three times and finally connect.
