Vac lights blinking, vac no workie

So the vac lights are blinking and the vac says it is disconnected from the internet and it if I try to run it it just staggers around blindly and can’t find the base again. Looks like whatever problem Wyze warned against after 1/20 has come about. There are a bunch of mentions of this on Reddit. Wyze, what gives?
