What I would like to see is a post from Wyze with tips and feedback. This was released all of sudden and as far as I can tell, Wyze Employees are not chiming in. I love new features and all, but just dropping a new feature out with very little information or engagement is not good customer relations.

I tend to agree, as I’d always like to see better communication and more transparency when it makes sense. I’ve tagged a couple of people about this.
