All i did was add the keyword “V4.9.9.1851 firmware” to the subject as it was after this firmware that all these issues started. Playback was working fine before. thx
Take a look at the video, it’s compilation of 2 videos of the same moment. The first bit is a capture of livestream, the second is a capture of View playback.
Notice at the 00-01 second marck the video pauses for about 15+ seconds before the “connecting camera” message pops up and playback resumes but some 5 seconds after. For what it’s worth, all my v3’s have been working fine since the last firmware update as well, no skipping on playback, online or on sd cards.
While viewing a playback on my phone, the recording (or playback) stops after a few seconds, then resumes several seconds later. There is no video during these few seconds, as the action skips ahead to where the video resumes. This happens on all of my cameras. Anyone else having this problem? Any solutions from Wyze? Thanks!
