V3 Won't Connect To Network - Building Wide WiFi

Is there a secondary way to set up the Wyze Cam3 camera? I’m trying to set up a camera in my Mom’s apartment and the camera will not FINISH the set up. Her apartment building has building wide wi-fi. I’ve worked with Spectrum/internet company and they can SEE the camera trying to connect but it just won’t finish. I’m using an android phone. Can anyone assist me? (Also, Is this the main SUPPORT for the WYZE cameras?)

Have you tried (or can you try) a different camera at that location? That will tell you if the problem is the camera or something at the building. Just saying…
