V3 / RTSP / Blue Iris What is causing this issue?

What is causing this issue?

I have ben using BI with 2 Wyze v3 cameras and docker bridge for years as well as a Wyze FLP with tinycam pro to BI and a Ezviz DB!1 with RTSP. With the new RTSP firmware I have managed to get the two V3 cameras added with RTSP but I have one camera that has regular video problem. Can anyone let me know what would be causing this and what settings I need to look into? No issues in the Wyze android app for that camera, it is not all the time and does not seam to happen with the other v3 (I have seen it a couple of times at the beginning but not recently) Not happening with the ezviz or FLP?

I erased the two V3’s in BI when I updated to RTSP instead of docker bridge and probably have a setting that is not correct?

Thanks Chad

I guess I would compare your settings between one that is working and one that isn’t. But barring that you may have more luck getting help from Blue Iris support or forums?

Could potentially be a bandwidth/signal issue to that one cam, but that’s just one random idea to check. If you can move it closer to your router temporarily that would help confirm or rule that out.

Unfortunately it is both V3’s never had the issue when running docker bridge to get them into Blue Iris and they both work fine in the Wyze app .

OK you said it was just one of them. Not sure, probably check with their support and see. Try streaming them to VLC and see how it looks there just as a test.

One camera is lass problematic than the other both have the same settings. I’ll try with VLC again when I am at home .

I think this is resolved now with a clean re-install of Blue Iris.
