I assume you are are talking about the low frame rate. Largely a function of making the camera work in very low light situations.

regular V3 works perfect. the pro is just junk.

remove the bright light and see when a car goes by…if i turn on my really bright porch light it seems fine too…
It’s an dual LED motion flood light and I won’t turn it off. Best I can do:
see. stutter. the pro is not recommended for night use.
