V3 pan streaming video lag

Just setting up a V3 pan, latest /beta Android app, latest s/w, excruciating video lag
updated f/w to latest beta 4.50.13603. I still get extreme lag, the clock stops for 5 to 10 seconds.
I’m running SD and WiFi strength is -30 dBm on a 72Mbps network.

Other cams on the network I tested, a V2 Pan. a V3 and a V2 show a few second lag.


I have sent the info up to the team to see if they have any ideas.

Recreate the issue. Then in the Wyze app, go to Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log. Select your device from the dropdown menu. Then fill in the description box with the date, time, and time zone of the most recent time you noticed this issue and a description of what’s happening. Make sure the Send Logs option is selected and then submit your log. When you have the log number, please post it here as a reply to me. Thank you!
