Status light turned red a few seconds after i entered the room every day, someone accessed the cameras view while my phone app was not using. I usually looked at the cam then it turned back blue, showing that person stoped from looking at me.

A Solid Red light can mean multiple things:
So based on this, it could be that an event is being recorded as you just walked into the room.
It’s also important to note which camera model is experiencing this issue. Although you tagged this post with cam-pan-v3, your post title seems to indicate cam-v3. I mention this because there was a firmware update for Cam v3 last month that may be relevant:

I agree with @spamoni’s suggestion to contact Wyze Security if you’re concerned about an actual crack or breach, and I think clarifying your camera and firmware might help us to help you work through this issue, as well.
As already mentioned by others, the light should turn red for 5-10 seconds when you walk into the room, since it is recording a motion event. Totally normal.
