Wyze v3 alarm is on but there is no sound???
Already restart the camera…still no sound???
Unpluged the camera still no sound?
What’s going on…
Does anyone experience the same?
Are you talking about the v3 siren? How are you activating the siren, if that’s what your referring to? All your post tags are referring to the Sense sensors and the like.

The only “Alarm” settings on the V3 are in the cam’s settings page. These are for the Smoke and CO Alarms. The cam is listening for the sound of a smoke alarm or CO alarm in your house going off. When it does hear one of these, the cam does not make any alarm sound, it uploads a 12s video and sends you a Push Notification.
The motion alarm say’s it’s triggering[quote=“SlabSlayer, post:3, topic:269086, full:true”]

but no sounds… in actual place or in my cellphone.
I have 6 Cam V3’s one of them (that used to work) stop working after the siren was set off on it. It no longer lets me hear anything and talk to the camera and the siren shows it is triggered but no sound comes out of the camera.
Wifi signal is good…
Some users have experienced a loss in the siren and speaker when the cam is not getting enough power. Sometimes when the Power Adapter or cord is failing, those functions start to fail because they require more power to execute. Rule these out by plugging the cam into a known good power adapter and cord from a working cam to make sure it isn’t the cam itself failing.
The cam is in good power adapter and it’s in original cord.
If you have confirmed that the cam siren and speaker also fail when switched to a different power adapter and a different cord, then the cam has most likely failed. If it is under 12 months old, it can be replaced under warranty by contacting Customer Support.
So the reality is after 1 year Wyze v3 camera slowly falling apart and there is no more warranty!!! These is a scam to make people to buy a new one!!! What kind of product is these???
Cams can fail. That is a reality of iOT Cams.
Not all of them do. In fact most of them don’t. I have never had a V3 fail and have 16 installed outdoors with most several years old now.
There are so many factors involved with why that might happen that there is no way to really tell why, only possible solutions. If the cam was exposed to weather, there is a possibility of moisture intrusion. Perhaps put it in a sealed plastic bag with some bead desiccant for a few days and see if that helps, then bench test it with a new power adapter and cord before reinstalling.
Shroedinger’s Siren.
Question… are these cams far from the router, with a weak connection? I’ve had this happen often - the app reports that the siren is sounding but the cam never actually got the command to activate it. Same weird lag can happen when trying to turn it back off, Try moving one of the questionable cameras close to your router and test it again.
