I have the outdoor V2 and have Cam+ (no SD).
Often my back property cam shows that it has recorded a 5 min event but no event thumbnail for it shows on the list and when i tap it, no video loads. I was under the understanding that with Cam+, I can get 5min recordings. What is the issue?
