V2 cam is Pixelated out of the box!

I got few V2 and Pan cams just less than 24hrs! one of the V2 is a bit issuiee and doesn’t work like others and it’s pixelated! kind of vertically lines. I got 2 shots from 1 ok cam and the faulty cam so you can see what Im talking about. both been tried on HD and SD mode, the distance to WIFI router is 50cm.

Try a factory reset (with power connected, hold setup button for 20-30 seconds) with SD card removed if you have one.

If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to submit a support ticket for this.
