Wyze Cam Pan V2 resetting

My Cam Pan V2 is constantly resetting for no know reason.
I have submitted a ticket to support along with logs and haven’t gotten a response back as to why.
Device has the latest firmware (at least app doesn’t say there is newer) and I have Cam Plus setup on it (also on a couple other cameras).

Anyone else run into this issue?
And if so, how did your fix it? Factory reset and reinstall (as suggested by support)?


Assuming not a camera problem itself, my first guess would be a power problem.


Yup, make sure your using the power adapter and cable included in the box. Try another outlet.
