V1 beta firmware released - 3.9.3.26

Hi, we just release v1 firmware 3.9.3.26 to Beta. Changes include:

  • Fixed a few connection related issues (flashing yellow/blue, stuck at 1/3 step)
  • Alert schedule will stay the same after DST or time zone change
  • Smoke and CO alarm become 24/7
  • Bug fixes

Please help test:

  • Connection issue (we want to find them one by one)
  • Alert
  • Any regular usage

Thanks for reporting! We are looking at it. We reset alert after changing sensitivity. That could cause it.

I can’t be absolutely sure but I think there may be an issue with sound and motion alerts. We are in a partial flight path to a large airport. Depending on wind condition, we may get a few large planes flying overhead. Today was such a day. After quite a number of notification alerts, I decided to disable sound detection. The alerts kept coming and I ignored it thinking that the motion was just the cameras detecting shadows across the lawn. After the clouds moved in and the alerts kept coming, I thought perhaps I should report it.

Looking at the clips, I don’t notice any movement. One camera is in the garage and no movement, but I can hear the noise of a plane.

I am certain now that even with sound alerts turned off I am getting motion alerts that are in fact just sound. There is no motion in the clips. Both cameras are triggered at the same time and they coincide with big passenger planes flying overhead.

Hi, yes it was a bug we introduced in 3.9.3.26. We just released 3.9.3.28 which contains the fix. Thanks!
