Unresponsive, failed to connect

In the past week, probably since the last firmware update, my Duo Cam Doorbell is been frequently unresponsive. It just stops working for no apparent reason. I have also noticed that since we have had several days of temps only reaching 27F, and I think the cold killed this thing. I brought it in to warm it up a bit yesterday (when I really did need it working outside) and it started to work again.

Signal strength is three bars. A restart did nothing. A reset did nothing. A battery swap did nothing, Until it warmed up. I have submitted a ticket, and I just want to see if anyone else is having this issue in cold weather. They say it’s tested to work to -4F, but this one seem to be failing at about 18F and under,

Hello again. Sorry to beat a dead horse here, but once again the temperatures have been in the single digits for a week or so here, and it seems this doorbell doesn’t work well in conditions under 18F. I have had to bring it inside to warm up for a an hour or so, then it starts working again. Is anyone else having this issue?
