Unable to Sync Camera-Multiple Base Stations?

I have three base stations, 6 Outdoor Wireless cameras (I believe they area mix of V1 & V2). When I set them up I had a couple cameras on each base station based on where I had them outdoors to ensure they were getting a good connection.

Recently I was having issues with one of the cameras and I deleted it from the app and was trying to resync it, which it won’t do despite many troubleshooting ideas. The Camera is fully charged, no issues with the battery.

When I was looking at my app this morning, I was looking at the (3) base stations. When I originally set this all up a few years ago, each base station had a couple cameras. Now it appears that 1 base station is showing (5) cameras, the other base stations are showing (0) cameras.

How can I fix this? I want to resync the camera I deleted but it won’t sync. I am wondering if it has something to do with the one base station being full. I tell the app to try the other base stations but it fails every time.

For further information- the base station which shows 5 cameras (odd because I thought you could only have 4), is connected via ethernet on the main router. The other two base stations are located in a different room from the main router and that base station, and they are also connected via ethernet into a Mesh.

How can I get this 6th camera to sync up with an available base station, and can I reassign cameras to different base stations-if so, how?

If you deleted the camera you were having issues with while it was off line (Not Connected to the base) you won’t be able to set it up on anything again. Was the camera on line when you deleted it from the app.?

The camera was on line, and connected to the base. I could view it in live.

I cannot connect my wyze bulb camera to my Internet?

Did you mean to start a new post? This is on my post about bases.

Welcome to the Forum, @jrasche2003 & @maryannvela48!

@jrasche2003, since you said that you believe you have a mix of Cam Outdoor v1 and Cam Outdoor v2, I added a cam-outdoor-v2 tag to your topic to try to improve community visibility. I don’t have any of either model, so I’m probably not going to be able to offer much in the way of advice, but hopefully others will.

@maryannvela48, if you can share some more detail about your issue (what app version you’re using, any specific troubleshooting you’ve already attempted, information about your Wi-Fi network, etc.), then a Moderator can move your post(s) to a new topic or appropriate existing topic, or you could also create your own new topic in Cameras and tagged for bulb-cam in order to get relevant eyes on the problem.
