Unable to set up a version 2 cam

I have not used my Wyze Cam for quite a while.
I have a Version 2. I am no longer able to set it up. I reinstalled the app, logged in just fine. It made me add a “new device”. I plugged it in, the light is solid yellow, but when I press the set up button, as instructed, nothing happens. It will not say “ready to connect”.
