In the last week, when I go to events, I am only able to go back 1 day. It is set for 14 days. HOWEVER is this have anything to do with me resetting “Filters”? I say this because when live i push the far right icon and when that window opens, it shows NO boxes checked. Maybe my issue is all my filter got deleted and I have to go to all m cameras and reinsert Motion, like all the categories I want again?
When you go to look for events are you going to the Event tab on the bottom of the screen or somewhere else?

From the home screen at the bottom of the page the event tabs you click it I pick one of my camera groups that I want to view and I start to swipe and I get up to about 14 or 15 videos and then the screen goes black and it goes back to the home screen. And I just tried it now and it’s still doing it.

FWIW I had same issue of not able to go back more than like 1-2 days. Remaining 12 days date were not bold white. I then realized that a few days before, for another issue, it asked to “Reset Filters”. So I did that NOT knowing if cleared all recording tasks. So I went back and added to all my cameras what I wanted to see happening and stored. (Events/Pets/Person, etc). Been like a week now and now I am able to go back for about 7days. In another 7 days after adding filters, I am sure I will then be able to see all past 14 days.
So my suggestion is to got to your “filters” and make sure ALL cameras are set correctly.
