Like others a number of my cameras went off-line this month
Most have recovered but one V3 is not playing ball
Was showing as ‘disconnected’ or similar in the app, power cycling didn’t help
Left it a few days still didn’t appear in app
Checked SD card - it was still recording even though not available in app
Reset camera back to " Ready to connect" - red light flashing
But camera does not show in the Add Camera window after pressing + at top of screen - nothing available to select.
Are there any other things I can try to recover it ?
Take the SD card out of the camera.
Push down on the setup button and plug the cam into power. Hold the button down for 20 or 30 seconds.
Go to + add a device > camera, choose a V3 if that is what you have
Set up as new.
And if your cam previously had a subscription applied after factory reset/re-add cam, don’t forget to check subscription-to-cam assignment. You may need to reassign your subscription to your cam. Check at: Wyze app Home > Account > Services
