Can’t save recorded events with cam v3
Sure you can. Since you said events, I assume you are talking about viewing events from the events tab. After playing the event, press the download icon (my big arrow) and the event clip will be saved to your phone. This screen capture is from an Android, but it’s exactly the same on iOS (I can never remember how to do a screen capture on my @#$%^&* iPhone), but I did confirm that the download procedure is exactly the same.

I’ve had this problem with every v3 cam I’ve owned, and it happened only after I updated the firmware. I spent hours on the phone with support, and fought with them for 3 months to get my camera replaced. I have bought my 3rd and final cam V3 and have not updated the firmware and am able to both save and download video. I have a whole new issue in that it only records in 22 second clips, but that’s a story for another thread.
