Curious, are others having luck downloading events recorded from v3 cameras as of 12/5/2025 at 7:30am central standard time?
I tried it from both events and from the live stream event list. End result is the same, the event clip does not download to my Android Galaxy S23. I can view the SD card and record my own clip, so there is a work around…
Also, I did try clearing app cache and bouncing my phone…no joy.

I just tested it and I was able to share and save video files from the events list no problem. I don’t have a Samsung or android for that matter though.
Thank you for your reply. I tried a couple more times throughout the day yesterday and it was not working. After receiving your response this morning I tried again.
I am pleased to report that whatever was taking place has been resolved. In other words, I am now able to download event clips again.
