Anyone who has received their Wyze Headphones had challenges with the Transparency mode only amplifying surrounding sounds in just the right ear? When in transparency mode on my Wyze headphones, only the right ear produces sound while the left is appears muted. I’m assuming this is not normal operation as it makes wearing the headphones in this mode audibly uncomfortable and somewhat disorientating. I’ve used many other noise cancelling devices and none of them only allow one side of the headphone to be transparent. Is this normal operation for the Wyze Headphones?

Headphone unit was determined by support to be defective. A new set is being sent and I’ll need to return the old one so they can do an autopsy.
