You can find some good information here on how to revert the app. I use iOS so I can not do it but Android users have been able to do it.

I don’t know which site you’re using, but this should be where to get the latest v2.5x Android app from APKMirror: I haven’t personally used the site routinely, so a good place to start is probably by reading the “Installing Apps” section of the FAQ:
