Time zone (set time)

I had the same problem with my camera’s timestamp (on-screen clock) showing the wrong time (-2 hours) as if they were in Pacific time while I am in Central (US). Even after hitting the time sync button in the app, it stayed 2hrs behind my iPhone’s time.

To fix this, I had to change my iPhone’s timezone manually to something else (I chose Bermuda/Atlantic, +2 hrs from me), then used the time sync button in the app. That correctly changed the time ahead 4 hrs from where they were. Then I changed my phone back to auto timezone (back to central) and did another time sync. That fixed the problem.

Seems like a very fixable bug.

Thank you, was running into camera timestamp being 3hrs behind and this fixed it for me.

Thank you. All my standard V3 cameras were showing the correct time stamp except for my Pan V3.

Changed time manually on my phone and sync’d but no success. Tried many other suggestions with no luck. Until I changed the time zone and back!
