Tilt/Pan Not Recording Events

I have two regular cams and two Tilt/Pan cams. Yesterday, both Tilt/Pan cams stopped recording events. Power cycling them did not solve the problem.

The regular cams continue to record events.

I see this happened last year and needed an update to fix it, but I don’t see anyone else currently complaining about it.

The Tilt/Pan firmware version is 4.10.3.60 and it says that’s the latest.

Try a factory reset, and or Try taking SD cards out if They are present

Thanks. That did not work. Since the problem is with BOTH Tilt/Pans and not with the V2’s, I think there’s something else going on.
