Completed installation of thermostat, all the way through heating and cooling test. Allowed firmware update. Was able to interact with it through app initially, then app would report that it was offline. Deleted it from app and have been unable to add it. Is there anything I can do to ‘fix’ this or is this a Wyze issue?
Hello! If you push and hold the knob for 10-15 seconds, it will prompt a reset. Try that and re-adding the thermostat.
Thanks. I was able to reset it and complete the test cycle. It is now doing stuff it hadn’t done before so hopefully it continues to operate as advertised.
