This picture is my exsisting thermostat wiring before taking the jumper out that the app told me to do when i tried the installation process. After that when selecting the terminals in the app for what i see i select all options except it does not give me an option for “W/E” . If i try to submit without that it says its not compatible. If i select just “W or W1” then submit it says its not compatible. If i select just “E” it says its not compatible. Wondering what to do from here and if it truly isnt compatible what to do about it to make it compatible. Thank you!
