Submitted ticket 147707 with logs. Pls help!
Donāt see a port to allow manual load of prior firmware. Hopefully there is a button sequence to get it to kick past finish and allow remote management to revert. Occasionally, it shows connected to cloud when I cancel out so itās getting connect before it spins. Just workin the options!

I updated the firmware on the app but did not see it working. I deleted the app and re installed it and that did the trick, I also see the differential now.
Did you reset tstat and redo setup? I was testing for Stage 2 fix in setup. If not, donāt!
I called in and the āservice teamā is looking into my ticket ⦠in the meantime, picked up an eccobee 3 lite, as my final rollback (or would it be a rollforward) option

Thatās a salty roll regardless of direction. Sucks you are having issues.
No resolution, so I requested a replacement. In process. Blah. Will install new ecobee, hopefully wonāt like it too much ā¦
