The Wyze system for security has been a horrible experience

I have been using the cameras for over a year and have had minimal issues. 3 months into using the security system, specifically the Wyze Sensor hub and it fails on me. Support is telling me it will take 24 hours to hear back from someone to then schedule a replacement, that will likely be here next week.

I should have never trusted this solution for security purposes.

Sorry you are having this experience, but my experience has not been the same. I have had mine since it was sold in pre-release over two years ago and it has performed incredibly well.

Can you explain what failed on you? That would allow individuals to assist

A couple of the motion sensors quit working and the keypad with wiring last night. I haven’t heard back from Wyze about the keypad yet but they were quick about replacing the motion sensors. The new ones still have the same problem with not registering motion correctly. The firmware is kept up to date.
