The massive degradation of Wyze support

I have recommended Wyze to dozens of folks and have been with them since they started. I have over 100 wyze devices. But now, I will not recommend them to anyone because their support is non-existent. My wyze sense hub stopped working so my home security system no longer works. I opened a ticket with them, sent logs, and explained in detail what was going on. I get nothing but automated emails telling me they are sorry for the issue, but if I give them all the information requested below, they will give me a refund. I keep responding that I just want it fixed, and I get the exact same email, word for word, but supposedly from a different person. Their support is the worst I have ever had and now I am going to have to ditch them if they dont do something quick and get this fixed, but it is not looking good.

I’m in pretty much the same situation although I haven’t tried as hard to get the hub to work again. I’m just looking for a way to buy one separately

Layoffs them all (including the CEO).
Make me the owner of wyze parent’s company. I could make wyze ok again.
