Tech support via Email only is terrible

I just bought the sense hub and leak sensors. Unlike my positive experience hooking up my V3 cameras, the se sensors are not connecting. I’m sure the problem will be resolved eventually, but my big big big problem is that the only way I can resolve this is through tech support and they won’t talk to me. They only communicate via email. This is utterly ridiculous. Besides the fact that a day can go by between communications, I am not a tech person and so I cannot necessarily follow the instructions. They asked me to contact my internet provider and ask about how many megahertz, etc etc. I am totally lost over my head. This problem could be resolved in 3 minutes if they simply got on the phone and talked with me. Instead. It’s been going on for five long days. This has to change or all never buying another Wyze product again
