Tech support seriously lacking!

For anyone considering the home monitoring system, I would reconsider!! After a year, mine stopped working. Wyze tech support offers little to no solution. They are hard to reach and response times are few and far between. The amount of time it takes to try to fix something takes days to weeks.

They aren’t helpful and lack any customer support. I WAS A huge fan of wyze until I needed their help. I’ve spend a lot of money on their products and service and when I needed their help, all they could do is offer me a $10 gift card… they are a huge dissapointment. So trust me when I say this, I will be switching to another, more reliable system.

I respect where you are coming from. I also suspect you will find few here on this forum that will argue your many points pertaining to support.

With that said, since you took the time to access this forum, you may wish to consider sharing the details regarding your problem? A new topic linked to this one might be in order? There are several people that frequent these forms which will offer MUCH better support. With that said, reaching out to the forum for help is not instantaneous nor 100% guaranteed to solve a thing.

Nowadays, the only time I contact WYZE tech support is if I have a warranty claim. Prior to calling I go through every single possible step that they would want to attempt over the phone. This short circuits their script and results in an expedited warranty claim / tech support experience.

Again, nobody would blame you if you kick WYZE products to the curb due to their lack of “official” support.
