How about a feature that, when a notification is “tapped on” or selected, the app goes straight to the triggered camera or 12-sec recording? The choice can be the first window that pops up or whatever/however. It’ll save a lot of time from having to go from the main screen. Thanks in advance!
That is supposed to be the default behavior for when you select a notification. What is the response from the app that you are seeing?
- Which phone (or tablet) OS?
- Which version of the app?

If you tap on the wyze icon with a red notification badge it will go to the main screen.
If you tap on the notification from the pull down screen , Like said , It should go straight to The video clip

Mine’s backwards from what you said for some reason. Tap on the red dot (Events) and it goes right to the Events page with the dates across the top.
However, from the “pull down” screen (the normal, unlocked home page on my LG Android), it will just go to the Wyze home page with my groups showing.

From the Account tab, tap About to view your app version
In the pulldown drawer, you have to expand the Wyze notification into individual notifications. That will allow you to tap a specific event to go straight to it. To ridge the Wyze general notification, you can tap/drag it down or two the tiny down arrow.

Also, why can’t I view my cams on this phone anymore (2nd time)? It worked when I first signed on, then it stopped, then it worked better than before…and now it stopped again. It works perfectly using my wifi at home but intermittently using MetroPCS…again.

I’ll assume the pulldown “drawer” are the black notifications on the phone’s home screen. And I’m currently receiving individual notifications from each, seperate camera. When tapped, it simply goes to the Wyze home screen.

So you’re saying your notification DOESN’T start out like the first screenshot below (…33838_01) and that if the yay the store it DOESN’T turn into the second pic (…33845_01) but instead starts like the second pic?
Correct. It’s exactly what I attached a few emails ago (my screenshots).
Sorry, I haven’t seen screenshots. Must have gotten by me. Do any other of your apps behave the way I described? Each of my email apps show one collective notification that I can expand to individuals, as well as any other app that can group them.
So, as luck would have it, I dropped my phone while aiming two V2’s Sunday night. Although my phone is working again, I am switching to a newer version that my friend gave me. Maybe this will change things with this (and other) issues.
