Talking through floodlight pro

Why is it we can’t speak through our floodlight pros like before or turn the microphone on to listen to live. I was trying to speak to my mail lady about a package and my mic wouldn’t turn on neither could I listen however on playback it turns on to listen on sd card once again wyze taking things away. First it was my continuous recording on my sd card now I can’t talk through live.

I am sorry about this, I would check your phone settings and make sure the Wyze app has permission to use the microphone.

That was the first thing I checked and it’s on please help this access was a help in more ways than one
