It has been less than 15 months with the Wyze Sprinkler and I have to unfortunately dust off our 25-year Rainbird controller. The originally purchased controller died within 9 months. The replacement unit’s power supply is also now dead within 6 months.
Wyze won’t provide a replacement power supply as it is out of warranty. Without the power supply the unit is useless.
As they say, you say what you paid for… Not a happy customer.
I don’t have the controller. The output voltage and amperage should be marked on the wall wart.
Another thread https://forums.wyze.com/t/replacement-for-sprinkler-controller-power-adapter/189020/15 stated this worked great as a replacement for the Wyze sprinkler controller.
The wall wart is a known weak link. I wouldn’t fault the controller.
Perhaps this one is better.
The original wall wart had a right angle connector. This has a straight connector. Right angle adapters are available. This is a 5.5 x 2.1
