Hi, new to the forum and I apologize if I am not posting correctly. I would like to know how to switch to 360P when the camera won’t load up?
Getting message, Network not stable switch to 360P mode.
Thank you.

Thank you.
Have you tried Temporarily moving your problem camera very close to your WiFi router to test signal strength?
The picture below is from a v3 camera at the other end of my house and on a different level and I can still get HD quality.
I can click HD in the left yellow circle to switch to SD or 360p by select from the menu in the bottom yellow circle.
Yes, but I should mention that the cameras are in Oregon, and when I am there I have no problem with any of the cams. It’s when I am in California and try to view the cams is when I have the problem. And it’s only four cams out of twelve that’s giving me the problem. Thank you Steven for your help.
That’s because when you are in Orgeon, the stream is on local network and when you are in California the stream loops out through internet.
What is your upload speed in Oregon?
Do the four cameras work fine when you are in Oregon?
Yes in Oregon all the cameras work great. I don’t know what the upload speed is, I won’t be able to check until I go back. Thank you Steven for your help.
And thank you habib
It seems like I have to power cycle my v3 camera which is furthest away from my WiFi router more often than closer cameras.
You may consider Smart Switches on your Oregon cameras so you can power cycle when in California.
Will do, thank you for your help.
The reason I asked about your upload speed is that I had similar issue with my cameras at the cottage. I had very low upload speed and the cameras were fighting for bandwidth. You mentioned that you have 12 cameras and I’m suspecting that that you might have a slow upload speed, but then you might not.
Do you have an issue with the same four cameras always or with random ones?
It’s random . Thank you for your help
I just thought of another test you might consider trying. If you can get by with less than 12 cameras to monitor your Oregon property, you might unplug a few.
When in California if you can better stream your cameras, too many Oregon cameras uploading to the Cloud at any given time might be the cause.
If that is the case than I bet it is your upload speed. As @StevenA suggested, turn off few cameras and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then you found the culprit.
Thanks again for your help, I will let you know what happens when I go back to Oregon in February.
You don’t have to be there to test our theory. Just turn off few random cameras from the app and see if that improves it.
