Mine are also working on my indoor cameras and I am not getting the message on the Smart Integrations screen that I posted screen shot of yesterday. The problem was on their end as I told them 2 days ago.
No, I can’t name a single company that takes this long to restore basic functionality. I think the problem with Wyze is that they are trying to shove useless things down our throats just because they think it is what we need. They don’t cater to things that we as customers need or demand.
They need to spend more time on functionality and less time on pushing ads
Is anyone getting announcements of person detection in their Amazon Echo speakers. I have restarted the cameras numerous times, made sure there is a Wyze skill and checked all the adjustments/options to make sure nothing had changed. Still now announcements. They just stopped. Any ideas, relief coming or what? Thanks,
They are working for me. Try going under account > smart integrations > Alexa and turn that on.
The Wyze app is notorious (in my opinion) for dropping the chime. Notification is still there, you just don’t know it unless you look at your phone. I tried switching the App sounds, but it would work for a while then quit. Finally I went into the System Sounds for Apps, and selected a distinct one. This always seems to fire.
