Still being billed after canceling Black Friday Promo from 2020

Be sure you check your statements. I was still being billed by Wyze for a service I canceled long ago. I had to go through the service.wyze.com to find the service I was still being billed for. It said I did have the service in the app as seen in my screenshots but their website was still billing me.

How did you cancel the CamPlus promo? When I canceled subscriptions thru the website, I got email confirmations of the cancellations. That was also back when they were giving pro-rated refunds for the unused portions of the subscriptions so that also shows as a CC credit record.

Were you able to get it reversed thru Customer Support?
