Let me first start by saying that I have been a Wyze fan since the beginning and have purchased many items. My controller recently stopped working and it was determined that the AC adaptor stopped working. I went right to the site and searched for a replacement. IT DOES NOT EXIST! Their recommendation is to buy a whole new unit. This is crazy. I have recently noticed the change in customer service and its really too bad. It used to be top notch. Anyway, I ended up purchasing the Orbit B-Hyve unit from a big box store and what a difference. Superior product to the Wyze unit. The weather based programming on the Wyze was not very good. The B-Hyve unit weather based unit is far superior and accurate. Just a quick note to those who may be seeing the same change in Wyze as I have seen. Thanks!
