I attempted to submit a ticket, first in my emulated Android VM on my Win 11 system, it failed:

So, I tried on my iPad 12.9 Pro with the handy dandy attached keyboard, and even though it was ‘sideways’, typing in the details of my issue was way easier than doing so on the iPhone.

Well, that didn’t produce any different result… it’s spinning … and spinning…

Anyone else being ‘denied’ when attempting to submit a ticket?

Whenever i submit a log , it takes forever to submit . Never have ran into this issue

Clear cache in the app , force quit, log out and back in? Maybe can help

Strange, works here. You don’t have a vpn or ad blocker or cookies disabled or anything weird right?

“Pesky” VPN… yes, that’s the cause… i’ll bypass my VPN and try again.

I spoke too soon. Yes… VPN was in play for first attempt to submit via Android VM on Windows 11. But the iPad is not behind the VPN, and still spinning… strange… I’ll shut down the iPad and try again.

After updating iPad to current iOS, and verifying not behind VPN, still experienced ‘spinning’

Grabbed my ‘old’ Samsung Galaxy Note 8, and was able to submit a ticket there.

Glad it’s working somewhat. What browser are you using on your iPad? Is it safari? Could you try a diffrent one?
