No matter what I do I cannot submit a ticket. I’ve answered dozens of reCAPTCHAs and once I click submit the page reloads as though I haven’t submitted yet. I click submit and I go through the reCAPTCHA all over again. Need to submit a ticket because the contact sensors keep going offline and I have to delete and re-add them - all for them to go offline fairly soon afterwards forcing me to delete and re-add them again and again.

Many other users are reporting Wyze sense issues. Maybe the high volume of issues reported making it delayed.
have you tried doing it through the app directly?
Yes. The app opens the same support web page that results in the infinite loop.
