"Sorry, front door is not responding."

Same for me as well btw.

I have version 1.1.7.0 firmware on the gateway and 2.1.22.0 on the lock.

WLGW01 model, firmware is 1.1.70 on gateway, lock is WLCK1, firmware 2.1.22.0, App is 2.19.15

Beta program has not had any affect. App updated to beta but that was it. Still nothing from wyze on this issue?

I spent an hour in chat with various support reps yesterday; the chat kept disconnecting, unfortunately. We went through some reasonable troubleshooting steps, but weren’t able to solve the problem. The last one told me she would see about escalating it.

I don’t know when it started since I don’t always use the Alexa command to lock and unlock the door. But I have noticed that it has been doing it for the last few weeks at least. I tried deleting the skill and then delete the device and even reconnected the gateway to the network. I still am getting the message that after it locks or unlocks the door in a minute Alexa replies with “Sorry, front door is not responding”. But if I ask Alexa if the door is locked it will confirm that.
