[SOLVED] "No video available at this time"

Thanks for the response. My issue with both cameras is that I can’t access any of the recordings on the SD card and receive a message ‘no video available at this time’

I’ve made sure I have the latest firmware and app version. Also did a hard reset and formatting.

I’m probably looking into the duo to at least replace the pan cam having issues. Doesn’t seem worth the time or hassle to go through it with Wyze on the pan v3

Is this the case even if you go to live view then SD card and scroll around the timeline? I.e. not clicking on a specific event? Does it show that the SD card had anything on it in the settings, and do you see green on the timeline?

Yeah, I check the sd card and it shows something on it. I go from live to the SD card and see the green timeline but it won’t play back the recording. If I go back a little further on the timeline it says no video available.

It seemed to have been working the other day after I did a reset and swapped sd cards with the inside pan cam (after formatting it), but now it’s no playing video back.

That seems to be something totally different, if it detects the card and records to it. I’d try clearing the cache in the wyze app, then force quitting it and clearing the cache in your OS, then reboot the cam. Also make sure the time is in synch, and for the heck of it hit the “reset services”.

I am having the same problem. I just called it in and they are emailing me more detailed troubleshooting steps.

I’ve been getting that on several cams no matter what I do, reset or reformat. Very aggravating.

I finally gave up on the failed cam that was running the most current release and replaced it with a new cam that is running a much older version and it’s been working fine for several days. I’m convinced that Wyze broke something in a previous release.
