Samsung S26 Ultra. I haven’t tested from other devices. I have five wyze cams of various versions installed on my motor coach (RV) to monitor front and side views. I mostly want to see what is happening when we are away from the coach, so it is always access from my S26 Ultra phone. I previously had a Wyze Cam v3 in the windshield position that was reliable but recently stopped recording. I thought it had failed so ordered the v4 to replace it and had similar issues. Now I wonder if the v3 was actually ok but did an upgrade that broke something. We are on the road but I will revisit the health of the v3 when I can. I have not had any problems with the other cams so far. Let me know if you want a more detailed inventory.
Thank you for detailing your use case and setup. Very helpful info. ![]()
I will try that procedure. I have the Galaxy S25 Ultra and would have waited for the S26 had my S22 Ultra not gotten damaged. I’ll report back if it did or did not change any behavior.
Sorry to report that your solution did not work. First it took cam offline. Next after a restart, the cam did not recognize the sdcard that it previously did but was not recording to it. Powered cam off and back on without success for the sdcard. Inserted new and formatted sdcard, no go. Removed and re-inserted sdcard, again no go. Now the cam that previously recognized sdcard but would not record to it will not recognize. Sandisk 256gb high endurance cards. Just get message asking if I want to format card that is already formatted.
Wyze can’t fix this issue fast enough. Until then, no more cam purchases for me.

Buy any brand other than Wyze

no video available at this time cam pan v3, I have 6 cameras and only one gives me this error, same firmware and same sd cards in all of them.
Can you please replace mine?
Just updated to 4.50.17.10 firmware.
PCV3
Same old story.
SD card not recognized, then it will randomly recognize but won’t format, caught in endless loop.
I am having the same problem on my V3’s. Has a solution been discovered?
I am also having problems with the speaker output.
This thread is about the Panv3 and is marked solved. If you’re having issues with SD cards and the speaker outputs on all your cams, that sounds like a possible power issue, maybe a surge damaged the cams. But I’d recommend starting a new thread with some specifics about the problems you’re having.
I am getting the “No video available at this time” message when attempting to view the content on my SD Card in my Cam Pan v3.
Searching for a solution. Thanks
Yeah, the solution was getting a new camera. lol
It may be marked “SOLVED” but it certainly isn’t. Both my pan cam v3’s are still trashed. Good for looking by not for recording. Solution, throw the v3’s away and buy someone else’s. WYZE isn’t going to fix them or it would have been done by now.
I have numerous Panv3s. They didn’t work for long with 256k sd cards, but when I switched them to 128k or smaller cards, they all started working again! This is important! I wasted years before I hit on this solution.
My new Duo Pan has no problems with a 256 card.
After reading here that the panV4 has sd issues, I’m thinking to get another Duo pan instead. (Similar price, and 2 lenses, plus greater SD reliability.)
The Pan v3s are RECORDING video properly, the problem is with the playback. I was scrubbing an event on the sd timeline when the dreaded No Video Available at this time message suddenly appeared. It’s true that updating the firmware solved the problem, but only temporarily, because five minutes later, while I was scrubbing the timeline again (the event video was still there!), again I shifted the timeline too much and the error message appeared again, and there’s no way to clear it, other than waiting for the next firmware update. When that comes I’ll baby the SD timeline, because scrubbing rapidly seems to be what overpowers it, semi-permanently. Strictly amateur hour at WYZE!!!
Most microsd card last 6-14 months on continuous record. San disk high endurance can last 3 years or 20,000 hours. May be solution is set re ord events only. Not wyze issue it’s microsd card. I Have this happened in v1 v2 now pan v3. Most of the sd cards dead within 1.5 year.
My 128GB Samsung Pro Endurance (4 of them) have been going about 3.5 years of continuous recording. Based on my calculations and their rated endurance, they should last like 16 years at the write speed Wyze uses, but I’m not holding my breath for that.
If that were true, then the SD cards would not work in any device. But they work fine when moved to another device (including other Wyze cameras).
