I had the issue that I’ve seen a lot of others mention here about the doorbell pro and sometimes the new duo not showing livestream until you hit the play button. I tried wyze support and they didnt know what the issue was. It happened months ago with an app update.
What I found was the power saver function was ON under advanced settings even though my doorbell is wired. Im assuming it was added to keep battery users from draining quickly. Turn the power saver option OFF and livestream works as it should.
