I recently bought doorbell duo and was thinking about using a tablet for livestreaming 24/7 for doorbell duo. But live streaming in the app always stops in 2min. The worst thing is that the doorbell also stops working and do not record with motion detection.
Is it how wyze made their app or products??? I turned off powersave mode but it is still same.
Please let me know what is going on or how to solve this
Live Streaming should not stop in the app. Issues related to this can be network and application based. You can also use a web-page (my.wyze.com) to view your cameras with a paid subscription.
Did you pay for a subscription? If you didn’t, familiarize yourself with this page: Home Monitoring & Security App - Wyze Service Plans to understand what the cameras can or can’t do based on the subscription.
I think you have other technical issues that is making the stream stop. Your network at home may need to be tweaked (placement of Router/Camera, QoS settings on Router, upgrade Router?). I always suggest WiFi 6 Mesh for homes these days. It solves a LOT of network problems by removing congestion in the network (the router will have a better processor, RAM, and be able to handle more connections).
Can you post pictures of your settings from the app? That will help to know how you have it configured.
