I am paying for cam plus unlimited and my doorbell cam is only recording 12 second videos. Is this normal or should my recording last until motion stops? I already have all motion items selected on.
With Cam Plus, you should be getting full length video. If motion is still happening, you should see videos longer than 12s. I have my sensitivity jacked to 100 though…
I solved the issue by removing the camera from cam plus and then adding it back again. My doorbell camera is taking videos longer than 12 seconds now.
