My solar pan still seems to be working. Has anyone had one already setup, and it just stopped working on its own?
I think I would wait this thing out if it seems to be working.
Yes. Mine stopped doing cloud recording on April 28th. Everything else about it works.
Both of mine are still working fine and recording. Not sure if this affects it but I have Cam Unlimited (annual) subscription as well.
So did I. They refunded me last night since I can no longer cloud record. Reset services didn’t work and they failed to troubleshoot anymore because they said it would require interacting with the camera and couldn’t offer any other advice at this time. Like they didn’t even want me to physically touch it with this issue they are chasing down. Really weird support experience.
