Neither of our iso phones here do this. You should try uninstalling the wyze app and reinstalling it. You won’t lose anything like passwords, it will just reinstall the app.

**** made no difference, deleted the app. Downloaded the app still the same. I can live with it. I got the CP Lite via my account on the Wyze web site not via the app, don’t know or think it should make a difference.

Well, clearly it’s costing Wyze storage space for the clips. So yes, I could opt in for $0 to preserve my options, but I don’t like the idea of making them incur that ongoing cost for my (rather unlikely) potential benefit. If I ever decide I need those clips, I’ll just subscribe and pay for the service.
You can change your per month payment at any time, man.
Just outta curiosity, but can we sue wyze cus they keep changing the service plan. I mean i bought 12 cameras+ accessories for outdoors with outdoor mounts and solar panels to keep them charged/secured and fixed. A lot of stuff and now i can’t even record 12 second video. Can i get my money back for everything!.. This is useless now unless i get the services. Plus they keep limiting your features. Great business plan just like a drug dealer. Give them a taste and then take advantage of your buyers. Force them to pay after they’re hooked. Can’t even use sd card to record on wyze outdoor cam.

They gave more than ample warning (2 months? 3?) that they were making this change. And they even offered you a way to keep getting the 12 second clips for free, by subscribing to the Cam+ service on a pay-what-you-like basis, where what you like would have been zero.
I don’t think you have much justification for complaining.
I saw the offer, and deliberately chose not to subscribe, because I don’t really need the clips; I rarely use them; I have storage cards in my cameras; and I don’t want to have them incur any costs on my behalf.
You comments are not correct or true. You can get cam plus lite for free if that is your choice, just use the custom amount and put $0.00. And yes you can record to the WCO using scheduled event recording to the SD cards in the cam, I have been doing it for 14 months.
