Does anybody know what the six red dots are in the upper left hand corner of the app for the wyze lock. I can’t find any information anywhere.
Is your keypad working? Is it connected? Any problems with the keypad? I personally do not have the lock, but that icon really looks like the keypad accessory.
I am in agreeance with you but batteries have been freshly changed on both units and I have no idea what it is
Strange - That means the keypad batteries are low. You can go in under the lock in the app and look at the battery level for the keypad. Also, once you do change the batteries, it takes a little while before the warning clears.

What kind of batteries did you use? Rechargable ones perhaps?
